How to make...Muddie Buddies

I chose to make a post for this recipe because it is an easy, delectable treat. Most everyone I know loves this recipe. (You will too.) It is a great after school snack. So for this delicacy you will need these products listed below:

9 cups of Chex cereal

1 cup of of chocolate chips

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1/4 cup of butter

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

To start you pour the cereal into a large bowl and set aside.

Next, put the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Then stir when all ingredients are melted. Stir in the vanilla. Pour the chocolate mixture over cereal and stir until all pieces are evenly covered.

After you're finished with that pour the cereal mixture into a large container or bag (with seal) with powdered sugar. Seal securely. Shake until all pieces are well coated.
